2. Product information

Product descriptions, options, specifications, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Product images are illustrative; packaging may differ where permitted by law. Please review the product listing and any restrictions before placing your order.

3. Orders and contract

You place an order by confirming the goods, delivery arrangements and final price before making payment. You will receive an order acknowledgement, but a contract is formed only when we accept the order, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to your purchase. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any amount due.

4. Prices, currencies and payment

Prices and the currency payable are displayed during checkout. Delivery fees, taxes and any charges collected by us are presented before you authorise payment. Payments are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe, and supported payment methods depend on your location and device.

5. Third-party referrals

Some customers are referred to our store by advertising or referral partners. A referral does not change the identity of the seller. Any item purchased from us must be the item agreed with and shown to the customer, and we remain responsible for fulfilment, customer service, returns and statutory remedies.

6. Delivery

Eligible orders are normally processed within 2 days and estimated delivery is 3–7 days after dispatch. Availability and any shipping fees are presented before payment. For shipments crossing a customs border, the recipient is responsible for import duties, import VAT and customs or courier handling fees payable on arrival, unless a particular charge is expressly included in the order. 7. Cancellations and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains cancellations, voluntary return arrangements and how to request a refund. Your mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by these Terms.

8. Product use

Read any instructions, ingredients, safety information and warnings supplied with the product. If you have a medical or allergy concern about a cosmetic product, seek appropriate professional advice before use.

9. Complaints and contact

For assistance or a complaint, contact info@prismaskin.net and include your order number where available. We will consider your complaint and respond as reasonably promptly as possible.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the seller and the transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence where those protections apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
